September 22, 2021 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Free
Richard Heilbrun Bexar Audubon Society
Presenter: Richard Heilbrun, Program Leader, Texas Parks & Wildlife Department
Description:  A recently released national report shows three billion birds have disappeared from the planet over the last 50 years, but some bird groups are rebounding. Why are some birds doing well while others are declining? Which groups are most at risk? What are wildlife biologists and land managers doing to slow or reverse the decline? What else can we do? Join wildlife biologist Richard Heilbrun for an exploration into this groundbreaking discovery and what it means for Texas and for the birds that we hold dear to us around San Antonio.
