For Nonprofits

Looking for a green leader to join your team?

At EarthShare Texas, we strive to support environmental nonprofits that are making meaningful change in our communities. For the last 30 years, we have provided unrestricted funding to our members to empower their work, and now we offer a nuanced solution to address nonprofit capacity constraints.

The Green Leaders Fellowship program strives to provide capacity relief for our nonprofit members.

EarthShare Texas proposes a nuanced solution that addresses Green Workforce constraints while building the green leadership pipeline. The goal of the Green Leaders Fellowship is to foster a vibrant and diverse Green Workforce that will lead Texas in sustainable development, creating a positive impact in our communities and throughout our state. Nonprofit members are encouraged to apply with a specific and impactful project that fellows can deliver during their time as a Green Leaders Fellow.

The EarthShare Texas Green Leaders Fellowship was born from the City of Austin’s Green Workforce Accelerator, and continues to be inspired by successful partner programs.
