Conservation In Action Volunteer Opportunity

April 15 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Audubon Dallas Society Volunteer Opportunity Cedar Ridge Preserve Monthly Third Saturdays

Interested in helping with environmental conservation? Volunteer for Audubon Dallas Society – Conservation In Action Work Days at Cedar Ridge Preserve (third Saturday, every month.) Volunteers remove non-native plants, restore trails, and work in the butterfly garden. Repairing trails reduces erosion trouble spots and removing non-native plants clears crowded trail edges.

We provide snacks, pruning shears, shovels, and work gloves. All you need to bring is water, sunscreen, and bug repellent.

Conservation in Action Workdays Third Saturdays:

  • September through May, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
  • June through August, 8 a.m. – 11 a.m.

Habitat Restoration and Trail Maintenance at Cedar Ridge Preserve is on the Third Saturday of every month throughout the year, rain or shine.
