Green Time for Youth and Families

Studies show that direct exposure to nature has a positive effect on a child’s physical and emotional development. These green-time sessions will give children the opportunity to unplug and balance out their weekly screen-time exposure with mindfulness, sensory awareness and curiosity.

This class is recommended for children ages 7 to 11 years. Space is limited and registration is required.

Register for Individual Classes or the Spring Break Package (includes all 5 Classes): March 13 – 17

$15 per parent/child pair for an individual class
$50 per parent/child pair for the 5-class package
