Join us for Putting Down Roots 2021 on November 13th from 9 A.M. to 12 P.M. at the Indiangrass Preserve for our largest volunteer planting event of the year! Activities will include planting native plants from the Native Seed Nursery, and we will also have some fun prairie activities with help from our partners around the region.
We invite families, seasoned and new volunteers, and participants of all ages to join us at Putting Down Roots. Snacks and water will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if you have dietary restrictions. Don’t forget to dress for the weather, wear closed-toe shoes, and bring a reusable water bottle. See you there!
