Citizens’ Environmental Coalition Sunset Nature Walk

September 17 @ 6:30 pm - 7:15 pm

Step away from the panels and PowerPoints to recharge in the peace of nature.

Join Citizens’ Environmental Coalition and Houston Arboretum & Nature Center for a FREE, 30-minute guided sunset hike. Together, we’ll wander into the heart of the Arboretum with expert naturalists to explore local ecosystems, wildlife, and native plants and remind ourselves what this climate work is really for.

This event also celebrates Latino Conservation Week, an initiative of the Hispanic Access Foundation that uplifts the contributions of Latino communities in conservation and encourages outdoor engagement and environmental stewardship. The guided walk will be led by English and Spanish speaking naturalists.

Meet at the informational sign located between the 610 Parking Loop on the Interstate 610 side and the Nature Center building.
