2017 Greater Houston Environmental Summit

Join EarthShare of Texas and Citizen’s Environmental Coalition this August for the Greater Houston Environmental Summit, an annual networking and learning event for the extraordinary people who work at or are interested in the work of environmental organizations in the greater Houston region.
Registration begins at 8:30; the event begins at 9:00.
Program Includes:
- Excellent Speakers and Panels like:
- The Hot Topic of Climate Change discussing everything you ever wanted to know about climate change including the current situation and municipal challenges. Speakers are:
- Environmental Education Expo.
- Table Talks: Small group discussions with experts, with a focus on either environmental issues–such as air quality–or building capacity of the environmental community–such as increasing board diversity. A cross between a breakout session and speed networking.
- Outreach booths from CEC member groups and local businesses.
- Delicious, locally-grown food from Pat Greer’s Kitchen.
- A few surprises 🙂
