Austin: National Trails Day on the Violet Crown Trail

Join Hill Country Conservancy for a virtual fun run on National Trails Day (NTD)! National Trails Day is a nationwide event held to encourage people to discover their local trails and celebrate spending time outdoors. This year spend NTD on the VCT!
For our second annual NTD on the VCT Fun Run we have chosen a 5 k running course or 1 mi walking course highlighting how Dick Nichols Park connects to the Violet Crown Trail.

June 6 – run or walk any time between 7 am and 12 pm
Registrants will receive:
- A bib to print out and wear
- A route map
- A Strava and Map my Run Link
- A link to the virtual after party featuring music by Will Dupuy
- A virtual medal
- A coupon for a free breakfast taco from Eldorado Café
