Celebrate Earth Day with a litter cleanup event this year!
The Don’t mess with Texas Trash-Off is Texas’ signature event for the Great American Cleanup. Together, we can help clear Texas roadsides of litter!
The Don’t mess with Texas® Trash-Off is part of Texas Department of Transportation’s litter prevention program, which includes Don’t mess with Texas®, and Adopt-a-Highway. Groups cleaning up TxDOT-maintained roadways are eligible to receive cleanup supplies. Kits include trash bags, disposable gloves, hand sanitizer, and more. All groups requesting supplies commit to sharing their cleanup data at the Texas Litter Database.
