EarthShare Texas is proud to welcome the newest cohort of Green Leaders Fellows, a group of emerging environmental professionals already hard at work strengthening Texas communities through hands‑on service, nonprofit leadership experience, and statewide collaboration.

The 2026 cohort officially kicked off their projects in January, diving into fieldwork, research, community engagement, and organizational support alongside their host organizations. Over the next several months, they’ll continue building skills, contributing to mission‑driven projects, and learning from leaders across the environmental sector. Their work will culminate in a Final Showcase on April 23rd, where fellows will present their projects, insights, and impact to the EarthShare Texas network.

This year’s fellows represent a wide range of academic backgrounds, lived experiences, and passions — from conservation science and environmental justice to community education, climate resilience, and sustainable design. What unites them is a shared commitment to protecting Texas’ natural resources and expanding access to environmental solutions for all.
