Katy Prairie Conservancy’s Stewardship Saturdays

Are you looking for a way to get your hands dirty in support of land conservation? Join the Katy Prairie Conservancy at Stewardship Saturdays! Volunteers help manage invasive species, plant native plants, and restore prairie habitats on the second Saturday of each month.
All ages are welcome to participate – no experience necessary!
Physical Requirements: Bending, kneeling, or sitting on the ground; some light lifting.
What to wear: Closed-toe shoes, tall socks, long pants, long-sleeved shirt, hat.
What to bring: Reusable water bottle, gardening gloves (or we have pairs to borrow). All other tools are provided.
