EarthShare Texas is partnering with SPARK Equity in Action. SPARK will host another Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion workshop, titled Unconscious Bias and Microaggressions 101.
The workshop will be on February 28th (Tues.) between 1-3pm via Zoom.
During this session, member representatives of EarthShare Texas environmental nonprofits will learn from the latest research on implicit bias and microaggressions while discovering strategies for counteracting biases with intentionality.
SPARK Equity in Action’s mission is to “spark and sustain DEI conversations and strategies that ignite equitable and inclusive conditions.”
