From March 31st through April 22nd, businesses will engage employees with fun, rewarding sustainability challenges that have a direct impact on our communities, ecosystems, and our state.

In 2022, business teams that participated in the challenge logged 10,000+ sustainability actions! Their impact was calculated by our EarthShare Engage app as employees helped save CO2, conserve water, and divert waste.

Annually, EarthShare Texas hosts My Earth My Texas – an Earth Month sustainability challenge. My Earth My Texas is our largest environmental initiative for businesses, individuals, and groups to get involved in environmental work in their communities, homes, work spaces, and other habitats they care about.
