The fellowship gave me more confidence around my existing skills and knowledge.

Past FellowEarthShare Texas GreenLeaders Fellowship

I have definitely learned a lot more about environmental leadership and sustainability. I learned through working with nonprofit partners, watching the other fellows, and hosting the ESTX career talks. I learned what careers there are in the green space, and I also learned of so many career paths and routes that environmental leadership can take.

Past FellowEarthShare Texas GreenLeaders Fellowship

I think that I overcame some personal challenges, like imposter syndrome. Everyone at ESTX and all of the partners I worked with, including the fellows, were encouraging and supportive…

Past FellowEarthShare Texas GreenLeaders Fellowship

I think that what is most valuable to me and will help move me forward in my green career is the connections I made. I made some really awesome connections with some leaders in the space, and learned just how many opportunities are out there for people wanting to work in both nonprofits and environmental advocacy or sustainability.
